Shirriff Puddings in chocolate, vanilla and banana

Shirriff Chocolate Mousse

Shirriff Lemon Pie Filling

Mint (garnish)

Tempt your party guests with deliciously easy Mini Trifles, made in minutes with Shirriff.

To Do:
  1. Prepare Shirriff Vanilla (or Banana) Pudding, Chocolate Pudding, and Chocolate Mousse (please refer to recipe yield based on your # of guests).
  2. Using a rocks glass or martini glass, begin layering approximately 1/3 of the glass with the chocolate pudding on the bottom. Smooth out the top using a spoon so the layer is flat and wipe off any excess from the sides of the glass.
  3. Next add a layer of vanilla pudding (1/3 of the glass) and smooth out the top. Wipe off any excess from the sides of the glass. Finish the third layer with a chocolate mousse. Add a few berries or sprig of mint on top for garnish.
    Serves 8-10.
